This boat safari gives you an opportunity to watch & photograph the avifauna of Muthurajawela, one of the most famous bird sanctuaries in Sri Lanka. ​ This morning begin your journey to Sigiriya. En route visit the Golden Cave Temples in Dambulla. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is the most impressive cave temples of Sri Lanka where ancient paintings of Lord Buddha's life has been artistically painted.

​ On your arrival set on an exclusively private jeep safari at the Minneriya National Park from 3 to 6 PM to photograph the unique phenomenon Of elephant gathering. During the dry season, from June to September, hundreds of elephants gather around the Minneriya Tank for water. ​ The morning begins your journey to Kandy. En route visit a Spice Garden to see many different types of spices, Sri Lanka is famous for. You will be introduced to different spices and shown how some of these spices are grown and processed. You may buy spices, traditional remedies and cosmetics, taste a herbal brew and in some venues, enjoy the full flavors of Sri Lankan spices over lunch or an Ayurveda massage based on natural products from the garden.

This is one of the best scenic routes where you could photograph the locomotive through tea plantation, villages & cascading waterfalls. Upon arrival to Hill Country, visit a tea plantation and factory. Here you will enjoy the absolute tea experience, taking you to the moment the young tea leaves are plucked from the plantation to being processed in the factory to make a steamy cup of tea.
